There was a whole lot of shaking going on at the 10th annual Heiva I Hawaii Saturday.
Inclement weather did not stop fans, family and visitors from packing Hale Halawai to experience the Tahitian culture.
The festival presented by Fun to Jump and Te E‘a o Te Turama featured Tahitian dance competitions, drumming, Mr. and Miss Heiva Hawaii competition, artisan crafts and food.
The free festival continues today from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. featuring Tahitian dance competition for couples, drumming and senior groups. Keiki bouncers and waterslides, weather permitting will be on site as well as food and craft vendors.
